Experience Behind InnoahX

Since 1999, I have been working as a pilot in international aviation – for more than 10 years as a Captain on the Boeing 747.

Aviation has always been more than a profession to me. It has shaped the way I think, take responsibility, and approach complex decision-making.

Being a pilot requires discipline, resilience, and continuous development. Anyone in this profession understands what it means to remain rational and operational in demanding situations – and to make decisions that are sound, knowledge-based, and responsible, always with the awareness that they carry consequences.

This mindset continues to influence the way I approach business today.

Alongside my aviation career, I have consistently expanded my expertise in business, entrepreneurship, and personal development within an international context.

Working in a global environment has provided me with a strong understanding of international dynamics, markets, and economic interconnections. In addition, I have been strategically involved in international projects and startups, particularly in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, gaining hands-on experience in building and developing business models.

A key focus of my academic and professional work lies in skill transfer and the application of aviation competencies to other industries. I have explored how core aviation skill sets – such as decision-making, situational awareness, risk management, and structured thinking – can be effectively transferred into management and business environments.

This includes:

leveraging airline skill sets for financial growth

and advancing staff education and development

Alongside my professional career, I have developed my own entrepreneurial projects, including brand development, product innovation, and publishing.

With the founding of InnoahX, I brought together my experience from aviation, business, and entrepreneurship.
